In the year 1932 a group of dedicated alumni of the Osmania University founded the Osmania Graduates Association (OGA) with a view to harness the talent of graduates towards integrated development of Telangana region by the promotion of education.
In 1938 OGA formed the Exhibition Society to encourage industrial and economic sectors of Hyderabad, to conduct the All India Industrial Exhibition every year

In course of time the Exhibition Society emerged as a registered company with a basic objective of promoting social, economic and educational activities by establishing and maintaining the institutions of Arts, Commerce, Science and Technology in the erstwhile Telangana region of Andhra Pradesh (Telangana State).
Working in tandem, in a unique, mutually supportive and beneficial collaboration, the OGA and Exhibition Society have grown into two mammoth organizations, rendering salutary service for the cause of education and are running 18 educational institutions.
